We’re Melissa & Mark, two former first responders who life decided to throw a curveball at. After both being injured at work, we pivoted from emergency calls to lobster rolls and found a whole new way to serve people.

Our truck brings the taste of Maine to North Carolina, with fresh, flavorful seafood and a bold personality to match. We proudly use local North Carolina shrimp and support our community wherever we roll. From the coast to the capital, we’re feeding crowds and spreading good vibes all across the state.
